Dear Clients, Partners, and Friends,

The start of a new year offers a natural opportunity to pause, assess the work underway, and look ahead at what’s being shaped behind the scenes.

​

Much of what defines a successful project happens well before construction begins. This past quarter, NCG has been focused on that early work. The planning, coordination, and alignment, ensuring that our projects are positioned to perform as intended long after completion. While this phase often unfolds quietly, it is the foundation for quality, structural integrity, and long-term value.

​

One of our key efforts during this period has been the continued development of the Deer Creek Crossing project. Construction drawings are nearing completion, with a planned groundbreaking anticipated for February 2026. This timeline reflects our commitment to allowing the design, engineering, and preconstruction process the time it requires, so that execution can proceed with clarity and confidence.

Internally, we’ve continued strengthening our team and systems to support the level of work we expect to deliver. This quarter, we welcome Keaney Cooper, a certified Project Manager, to Neaux Construction Group. Her training reinforces our emphasis on coordination, accountability, and thoughtful project leadership across all phases of construction.

​

I’m extremely proud of the consistency our team continues to demonstrate, both on and off the jobsite. From safety standards to communication and execution, maintaining a professional, well run environment remains central to how we operate and grow.
