Blair Babineaux
Builder

Meet Blair Babineaux, NCG’s creative visionary who blends construction excellence with aesthetic brilliance. Hailing from Terre Haute, Indiana, Blair’s lifelong passion for building was sparked during childhood by watching her dad, a talented woodworker, skillfully craft projects from raw materials. This early influence sparked a lifelong fascination with creating and constructing.
Blair pursued her passion academically, earning a BS in Construction Management from Indiana State University, where she also studied Interior Architecture, further deepening her understanding of functional beauty. Her education equipped her to create homes that effortlessly blend structural integrity with stunning design. While Blair’s heart lies in hands-on construction, she strives to deliver spaces that are as visually captivating as they are expertly built.
Affectionately known as Bea the Builder, clients and friends alike appreciate Blair’s empowering approach, ensuring each home reflects the unique vision of its owners. Her greatest joy comes from stepping back and admiring a beautifully finished project, knowing she helped make someone’s dream home reality, from frame to finish.
David White
Master Electrician
Project Manager
Meet David White, our project manager with over 30 years experience in leading complex construction projects. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, David discovered his passion for the trades early, beginning his electrical apprenticeship at just 16 years old. From those first steps, he steadily advanced to journeyman and ultimately earned his Master Electrician designation, building a career defined by skill, leadership, and precision.
Over the years, David has contributed to some of Atlanta’s most significant projects, including overseeing electrical operations for the Kia automotive plant, managing the electrical systems for the expansion of Concourse T at Hartsfield–Jackson International Airport in 2022 , and serving as Electrical Superintendent on 1072 West Peachtree, a 60-story mixed-use tower set to be the tallest built in Atlanta in over three decades.
Known for his keen eye for detail and uncompromising craftsmanship, David ensures every project meets the highest standards of safety and quality. Beyond the jobsite, he enjoys cheering on Ohio State football and the Pittsburgh Steelers, but above all, he takes pride in applying his experience to help homeowners create spaces that are both enduring and exceptional.
